I've spent 20 years building digital marketing and multimedia systems. The last few years have been spent figuring out what happens when those systems run on AI.
I build hands-on, every day. HeyGen end to end. ElevenLabs voice cloning and tuning. The integration most people miss: bridging ElevenLabs voices into HeyGen via API so production is paste-a-script, not download-and-re-upload.
When I teach teams, I troubleshoot live. When a platform breaks mid-session, I absorb the time and keep moving. Outcome-driven: ship a working version, set the honest expectation, then roadmap the next build.
